Richard Bourbeau is a New York native, who has over 20 years of teaching and tutoring experience. He holds a Master of Science in Education and is New York State Certified in both Elementary and Special Education. Furthermore, he has extensive experience working with students from various grade levels with a multitude of educational needs. Mr. Bourbeau has over 15 years of experience directing afterschool tutorial programs on a sliding scale for low income students.
